Marco Dallavalle was born in Piacenza on 30.12.1964.
He graduated in Law from the University of Parma in 1988. He is registered with the Milan Bar Association, and is authorized to practice before the Higher Courts.
Dallavalle offers legal assistance to companies in the food sector; he offers advice on food law; he deals with issues related to safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08), the implementation and application of the legislation on administrative liability of entities (Legislative Decree 231/01) and the study and preparation of delegated functions in the corporate sphere.
He has published articles on the subject on several legal and sector journals. He is the author of the introduction to the entry "Foods" of "Il Codice dell'Ambiente" by Stefano Maglia and Maurizio Santoloci - Editrice La Tribuna - Piacenza and is co-author, together with the aforementioned authors, of the "Code of Foods and Beverages" - La Tribuna Publishing - Piacenza, 1998 and 2003 editions.
As a teacher he held food law courses addressed to food sector operators at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Milan (2005-2008).
As a speaker he has participated in numerous conferences on food law, among which the most recent are:
